Participant Arrival Time
• Arrive between 8:45 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. at parade staging area (AFSA Parade Number 59 - Lot C by Salt Dome) ‐ Anderson Township
Operations Center (Fire Station), 7954 Beechmont Avenue – see instructions attached for parking locations, drop off traffic and shuttle bus information.
• Beechmont will be closed between Nagel and Five Mile at 9:30 a.m.

Parade Rules
The parade staging order for AFSA is 59. All staging will be coordinated at the Operations Center except for a few larger entries.
Riders or walkers on larger entries and floats should report to the Operations Center. Floats will arrive at the Operations Center by 9:45, and will later be “put together” along Beechmont Avenue. Larger entries should place walkers or marchers in a wider format to take advantage of the wide road width and lessen the entry’s length.
